3 terminology
3.1 closed steel barrel
cylindrical steel container with injection port and vent port set on the top of the barrel, and the barrel body is connected with the top and bottom in the form of double crimping
3.2 middle mouth steel barrel
a cylindrical steel container with a large injection port on the top of the barrel, and the barrel body is connected with the top and bottom in the form of double crimping
3.3 open steel barrel
a cylindrical open steel container whose top is connected to the barrel body with a lock hoop and whose bottom is connected to the barrel body with a double crimping form
3.4 ring reinforcement
the ring reinforcement protruding outward on the barrel body to enhance the strength of the steel barrel
3.5 ripple

4.3 the structure of the steel barrel shall comply with the following provisions:
4.3.1 the barrel body, barrel top and barrel bottom are made of a whole sheet of steel, and splicing is not allowed
4.3.2 the straight seam of barrel body is welded by electrical method
4.3.3 the barrel body has 2 outward protruding ring bars, and the 200L barrel has 6~7 outward protruding ripples between the ring bars and the top and bottom of the barrel
4.3.4 the barrel body, barrel top (except open barrel) and barrel bottom are assembled by double crimping in the form of flat crimping or round crimping. The gap in the roll must be filled. The mask is the most basic 1-thread protective sealant
4.3.5 due to the lack of effective supervision and management of coating on the inner and outer surfaces of steel barrels
4.4 the material shall comply with the following provisions:
4.4.1 the steel barrel material shall be ay2 or similar cold-rolled carbon structural steel sheet according to the provisions of gb912
4.4.2 the sealing glue adopts heat-resistant, cold resistant and water-soluble materials with good sealing performance and meeting the requirements of food hygiene
4.4.3 light color paint with strong adhesion and meeting the requirements of food hygiene shall be used on the inner surface, which is suitable for containing honey
4.4.4 dark green paint with strong adhesion and corrosion resistance is used on the outer surface
4.4.5 the sealing gasket should meet the requirements of food hygiene and be made of materials resistant to weak acid and alkali corrosion
4.5 the opening structure of steel barrel mouth parts, lock hoops and open barrels shall comply with the following provisions:
4.5.1 see Appendix A of gb325 for closed barrel mouth parts
4.5.2 see Appendix A (Supplement) for the middle mouth barrel mouth parts
4.5.3 see Appendix B (Supplement) for the structure of open barrel mouth, barrel cover and lock hoop
5 technical requirements
5.1 appearance quality regulations
5.1.1 the steel barrel shall be round and free of obvious defects such as out of round, deflated and skew
5.1.2 the can body shall be smooth and free of burrs and mechanical damage
5.1.3 double crimping should be free of iron tongue
5.1.4 the barrel is clean
5.2 film quality regulations
5.2.1 the surface treatment should be carried out before spraying the film on the iron barrel. If fm-2 coating is used for the inner membrane, the process of two coats and two roasts should be adopted
5.2.2 the film shall be flat and smooth, with uniform color, no flow, no wrinkle and other defects, and the thickness shall not be less than 0.02mm
5.2.3 the adhesion of the inner film shall not be lower than grade 1 specified in Appendix B of gb325; The outer coating shall not be lower than grade 2 specified in Appendix B of gb325
5.3 the assembly quality of barrel mouth parts is specified, the supporting facilities are complete, the surface is smooth after assembly, and the sealing and interchangeability are good
5.4 the air pressure value of steel drum non leakage inspection is 0.5kgf/cm2 (4.903 × 104pa)。
5.5 identification test index of steel barrel
5.5.1 the pressure of hydrostatic test is 1.4kgf/cm2 (13.729 × 104pa), no leakage after 5min (open barrel and middle barrel are not subject to this test)
5.5.2 the height of the drop test is 1.2m, and there is no leakage after the drop (the open barrel and the middle barrel are not subject to this test)
5.6 grading regulations of steel drums
5.6.1 it is a first-class product in accordance with the provisions of Article 4.2, 4.3, 4.5, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 of this standard
5.6.2 those with one of the following phenomena are second-class products, and the other two are unqualified products
a. the double crimping iron tongue is greater than 3mm, the out of round 200L barrel is greater than 4mm, and 80L barrel is greater than 3mm
b. there are more than 2 hollows in the steel barrel, each with an area of 200L barrel greater than 100cm2 and 80L barrel greater than 75 cm2
c. there are more than 2 straight weld repairs, the surface of the weld scar is flat, the width is more than 8mm, the length is more than 100mm for 200L barrels, and more than 80mm for 80L barrels
6 inspection method
6.1 routine inspection
6.1.1 basic dimensions are tested with general measuring tools
6.1.2 appearance shall be inspected by hand feeling and visual inspection
6.1.3 non leakage test: send compressed air into the barrel until the air pressure in the barrel reaches 0.5kgf/cm2 (4.903 × 104pa), use soap solution outside the barrel or immerse the barrel in water to inspect the straight seam and double curling, and no air leakage is allowed
6.2 sampling inspection
6.2.1 the film thickness shall be inspected according to gb1764
6.2.2 film adhesion shall be tested according to the method in Appendix B of gb325
6.2.3 the interchangeability of thread fit after the screw ring is locked shall be tested according to the provisions of 4.9 of gb325
6.3 qualification test
6.3.1 hydrostatic test
fill the bucket with clean water, pressurize it with a pressure test pump, and conduct the test according to the provisions of 5.5.1
6.3.2 drop test
fill the barrel with 98% water, lift the barrel to a height of 1.2m, drop the top of the barrel downward vertically or select its weak part to fall 45 ° obliquely to the concrete floor or other hard plane, and it is qualified if there is no leakage (middle mouth and open barrel do not undergo this test)
7 inspection rules
7.1 steel drums shall be inspected by the quality supervision department of the manufacturer according to the routine inspection provisions of this standard, and a certificate of conformity shall be issued
7.2 the identification test shall be carried out when necessary, and the sampling inspection shall be carried out irregularly
8 honey bucket logo
8.1 spray four 9cm "Honey only" with white paint on the middle section of the outside of the bucket body × 9cm large characters
8.2 spray the production year, month and the name or code of the barrel manufacturer on the lower part of the barrel body. If necessary for export, the name of the export unit can be sprayed on the upper part of the barrel
9 several regulations on small packages and packaging boxes
9.1 small packages
9.1.1 the shape of small packages is not subject to unified regulations, and the appearance is required to be beautiful and generous
9.1.2 the packaging materials must be glass bottles, plastic bottles or plastic bags that are non-toxic, odorless and meet the food hygiene standards. The bottles must be equipped with inner liner, outer cover and outer seal. The contents shall not leak
9.1.3 the commodity mark
should indicate the commodity name, weight (g), main ingredients, eating method, ex factory date, storage date and production unit
9.2 packaging box (outer packaging)
9.2.1 cartons or wooden cases are used
9.2.2 box capacity: 24 bottles for 500g bottles and 40 bottles for 250g bottles
9.2.3 the quality of the box shall be based on the principle of ensuring that the packaging bottle (bag) is not damaged
9.2.4 the volume, commodity name, quantity, gross weight, factory name, date of manufacture, upward, fragile, moisture-proof and other symbols shall be marked on the outside of the box
